The team head is Thami Kona.
Thami has worked in financial services organisations since 1991 having started his career developing software for financial products. In that time he learnt a lot about what makes high performing finance teams and organisations agile, and in turn highly successful. Such was his passion for agile methods in financial services organisations that he decided to do his MBA on this very topic. He owes all his project success to having an agile mindset as applied to the world of financial products & services as equally as it is applied to the development of software for financial products & associated services.
Through his work that spanned international organisations with an international presence, he has developed enviable long term relationships with Partners, CEO's, Managing Directors and Chairmen of financial services organisations which enables him to tap into a diverse range of services and products for our clients anywhere in the world.
